Rates Information

I will set my Fees to generate an income equivalent to a salaried non–Principal, adjusted slightly for experience and seniority. I would hope to negotiate work schedules that produce a controlled and defined workload.

It has been traditional for freelance GPs to set Rates for each year, and to review such Rates on a planned date. Because of the variation in the services that Practices want this approach doesn't make sense. I will negotiate a Fee separately for each Practice and each booking.
